Less than 3 months left until we touch down in Mexico! As the FIRST edition of Melé Destinations draws near, it’s time to confirm those booking details and flights! 🥳🎊
The fete-cation we ALL deserve is coming, and we’re all looking forward to taking care of you when we touchdown in Cancun, Mexico – #indMelé!
As travel time gets closer, we need you to verify and submit your final booking and travel information.
The deadline for making changes to your booking is March 1st, 2022.
The booking form must be completed by the primary guest ONLY. Please login to your account before accessing the form.
Check-in: April 28th from 3 PM | Check-out: May 2nd at 12 noon
The primary guest for each booking is responsible for completing the booking confirmation form! Make sure you have the following details on hand 💁🏽♀️💁🏼:
– Room guest names (if any changes)
– Preferred bed type
– Requests for accessible, adjoining or nearby rooms
– Flight information
My guest names have changed since the initial booking…
No problem! Login to your account and update your guest names. The information in your account is automatically populated in the Booking Confirmation Form. 🤩 Go to ‘My Account’ >> ‘Account Details’ to update this information.
*N.B. Guest names must match occupancy e.g. for a double occupancy room, there should be only yourself and one guest.
What happens if I don’t complete the Booking Confirmation Form?
We’ll consider the information in your account as final for the Resort. However, special requests will be prioritized based on form submissions, and ground transportation will be pre-organized for persons completing the form with flight information. We encourage you to complete the form to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible.
Your booking is only considered confirmed when paid in full. Please login to your account and make sure your payments are up-to-date. 🧡
**MARCH 20TH UPDATE: This form is closed for submissions. If you have not submitted a form for your booking, the info on your profile as at March 20th, 2022 has been considered final and submitted to Moon Palace Resort to prepare your room.

From the moment you land in Cancun, we’ll be taking care of you. Once you fill in your Booking Confirmation Form providing us with your flight info, we’ll arrange your pick-up and you’ll be all set. It’s as easy as that.
